The GuestIC project, promoted in the consortium by DENGUN, UNIVERSIDADE DO ALGARVE and INOV/INESC, aims to investigate new knowledge that will be applied in new solutions supported by Blockchain technology that will allow the collection and use of information from Tourism customers of Health and Well-being (TSBE), safely and generating confidence in the consumer, allowing to adapt the

offer services and experiences and, in this way, achieve the economic performance strategy intended by the companies and contribute to the development of the tourist destination in a sustainable way.

The project responds to a market need expressed by the desire of operators to have access to a tool that helps them develop and operationalise integrated strategies for creating new offers aimed at Health and Wellness Tourism customers.
