The University of Algarve (UAlg) has launched the 16th edition of its institutional magazine "UALGzine". This issue is dedicated to the science carried out at the UAlg, presenting centres, hubs, management units, emblematic projects, and young researchers. The official launch took place on 31st January during an event called "Conversations with Science", which brought together researchers and journalists with the aim of getting to know the UAlg research network. On this initiative participated Manuela Guerreiro and Luís Pereira, CinTurs co-coordinators and Hilal Akdemir, PhD student in Tourism. Read more.

PhD Net Talks

The CinTurs PhD Students Network is organizing the webinar “Bridging Academia and Industry: Addressing the Challenges of Algarve Tourism” with André Gomes, President of the Algarve Tourism Bureau and Algarve Tourism Association. The session will be held on 11 March.  Read more.

Research Internships

CinTurs has launched the 9th edition of the Research Integration Internships (EII) as part of the scientific activities of the Centre for students of the University of Algarve. The aim is to become a training instrument, placing the student in direct contact with scientific research. Read more.
